OYO Rooms - Associate/Manager - Customer Relationship Management (2-4 yrs)
- Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing, App push, WhatsApp, SMS campaigns, including planning, content creation, testing, deployment, and analysis.
- Manage and optimize our CRM system to ensure accurate customer data, segmentation, and targeting for personalized communication.
- Design and implement customer journeys and automated workflows to nurture leads and conversions and enhance customer retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email, web push, WhatsApp, SMS and app push marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing for email and app push campaigns to optimize performance and ensure continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and technologies CRM.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective email templates.
Work Experience:
- 2-4 Years of relevant experience in CRM for a digital business.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Customer-centric mindset and eye for detail is a must.
- Working knowledge of atleast one campaign management tool: MoEngage, CleverTap.
- Understanding of GDPR and other email marketing regulations is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Experience in managing the digital portfolio for a hospitality business is a plus
