OYO Rooms - Assistant Sales Manager/Associate Sales Manager/Sales Manager (1-4 yrs)
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a sales role which involves selling OYO rooms to direct customers and also through Travel agents, Corporates and other channels. Our one selling unit is called a Room night. Each Demand Manager gets monthly and weekly Booked Room Nights (BRNs) targets which is rolled down from the region - Hub - City - MM level. Demand Managers in OYO sell room nights not only in their own city/Micro Market but also fulfill requirements of clients for OYOs across the country. The target achievement is tracked on a daily basis and each Demand Manager is expected to get at least as much monthly Revenue as their Annual CTC. We have a three month probation period during which performance of the demand manager will be closely monitored.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive URNs (Used Room Nights) aggressively and ensure achievement of targets month on month
- Signing up travel agents across the region into the affiliate program
- Responsible to build and sustain travel agent base for distribution expansion for the region
- Maintain monthly sales tracker, plan and execute market site visits as agreed with region
- Individually responsible to contribute towards meeting the assigned targets
- Building new avenues for growth and sustaining the existing ones
- Suggest and inculcate loyalty/incentive programs & marketing activities in the region in order to ensure revenue growth
- Demand forecasting and analysis, drive sales statically keeping in view of competitive analysis
- Responsible for ensuring timely collections from partners in coordination with finance
