Job Description -
- Planning and signing long stay residential real estate through local sources (builders, agents, brokers and home owners)
- Work closely with Area Supply Head to sign residential properties in specified clusters.
- Need to travel on ground and generate leads for long stay residential leasing.
- Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams across organization.
- Proposes potential business deals by real estate contracting; discovering and exploring opportunities
- Responsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned area; includes planning and building short-term and long-term supply
Eligibility Criteria:
- BD/Sales experience in startups, banking, real estate, pharmaceutical, logistics preferred
- Ready to travel and willingness to work on field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in BD/Sales
