OYO - Manager - Business Development (2-12 yrs)
Job description :
- Constant research on the catchment and identify key properties that can be acquired to do business with OYO
- Meet property owners and sell OYO's Vision of providing comfortable stays for many
- Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association
- Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners
- Liaise with the key stakeholders from lead generation till the property going live
- Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area
- Resolve issues arising between Property Owners, Transformation Team & Operations Team
Skills :
- Networking ability
- Proof reading of Legal Contracts
- Soft Skills (ERP/APP usage, Excel, Email Writing)
- Good negotiation skills
- Analytical ability
