Oyela - Manager - Influencer Marketing (3-15 yrs)
Influencer Marketing Manager
You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Influencers to drive traffic, sales, and revenue for our products or services. You will be a key contributor to our marketing efforts, working to expand our affiliate network and optimise campaigns to achieve business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Identifying and contacting potential influencers from Instagram, YouTube, facebook etc who have large followings and have relevant target audience.
-Negotiating fair rates for content and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place with the influencers.
-Devise comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand, target audience, and campaign goals.
-Designing affiliate marketing programs such as college ambassador programs and promotional events such as influencer meet-ups.
-Develop, launch and manage new campaigns for brand promotions through Influencers on various social media platforms.
-Keep oneself up-to-date on the emerging influencer trends.
-Liaising with the internal teams to create and coordinate marketing strategies
-Track campaign metrics and KPIs to evaluate influencer marketing success. Use data analysis to optimise strategies and offer actionable recommendations
Skills Required:
- 3+ Experience Managing Influencer Marketing Campaigns for D2C fashion brand
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing
- Keen understanding of Gen Z fashion habits and thinking
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools and platforms.
- Results-driven and proactive approach to achieve campaign objectives.
