Oye Rikshaw - Manager - Enterprise Sales (3-5 yrs)
What You Will Do :
- Identifying business opportunities by generating prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
- Working on an existing set of leads and sell the B2B services to them
- Selling B2B services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Maintains quality of service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Percentage of lead conversion will be the most important criteria
- Regular communication with internal key stakeholders for any business challenges
- Managing large accounts and growing their business, responding to escalations,regular business review meetings, maintain performance matrices
- Travelling for new prospects (as and when required)
Requirements :
- Educational background - Graduation, MBA is preferred but not mandatory
- Must have prior B2B sales or account management experience (3-5 years)
- Must have worked in either FMCG/Retail/ E-commerce/Logistics industry
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, electric mobility is a plus
- Proven track record of winning strategic clients/signing strategic long-term partnerships
- Excellent written and communications skills; must be a good listener and a presenter
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically and analytically about the business, product, and market opportunities and challenges
- Strong bias for Action - Oyerickshaw works at a very rapid pace
