Oye Rickshaw - Lead - Sales (4-8 yrs)
KRA :
- Lead the sales team with a primary objective to reach monthly sales figures.
- Travel within Delhi NCR to meet prospective customers for the product
- Manage the sales funnel, from awareness to conversion
- Establish KRA's and processes for the team to match the benchmark
- Perform industry level benchmarking to design clauses for customer contract negotiation
- Establish relationships with existing sets of customers and ensure a seamless relationship.
- Designing processes to monitor the performance of team, identify areas for improvement and growth
- Ensuring scalable sales channels without manpower dependencies
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure business requirements are met at all time
Must Have :
- Previous experience in ground sales and account management
- Experience in creating processes from scratch for large scale programs with an aim to identify bottlenecks and provisioning for critical failure points in the processes beforehand.
- A very high sense of ownership - Candidate must take full ownership of the project and ensure dependencies are always taken care of
- Ability to work in single line instructions
Good to Have :
- Prior experience in working in a fast paced environment - typically with cross functional team structure
- Prior experience in product selling and regional account management
- Experience in working with regional sales agency
