"Online Sales Executives" - High quality, no target lead generation chat agents for an International Process.
We are seeking Online Sales Executives with outstanding English skills.
(IMMEDIATE STARTERS REQUIRED)
There are no quantity targets with this role it is all strictly focused on the quality of the discussion and the quality of execution of the process.

- The primary duty of the Online Sales Executive is to provide excellent customer service resulting in qualified sales meetings booked for our clients using Live Chat for our clients' nonvoice. You will work with our online customers by assisting them in finding products and services, converting sales leads, and building customer confidence in the brand and products.
- Experience in online sales and an excellent understanding of primary website navigation and search functions is an advantage.
- Your job is to cater to our online clients by utilizing live chat to follow well-scripted talk tracks and FAQs to make generating leads (book meetings) easy.
- You'll be required 8 hours a day on either: the day, afternoon, or night shift, five days a week.
Job Knowledge :
- Possess outstanding English writing skills.
- Have an excellent grasp of English grammar.
- High typing speed of 40 or above.
- Communicate with potential customers via Live Chat.
- Use analytical skills to evaluate conversations and ask questions to clarify the customers' needs.
- Provide accurate information and resolutions to customers promptly.
- Engage customers in a sales-oriented dialogue designed to convert customer inquiries into purchases.
- Effectively multi-task.
Required Skills
- Attributes and Qualities Requires a flexible schedule (possibly rotating shifts).
- A proven ability to read written English articulately is required to explore through conversation the client trues needs.
- Dynamic and engaging written communication style.
- Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills verbal and written.
- Demonstration of self-motivation and results orientation.
- Ability to familiarize yourself with the overall concept of business offerings through researching their website.
- Ability to work autonomously but also follow instructions
Required Experience :
- Previous Experience 1-5 years of contact centre sales and service experience. (Preferred)
- Willing and open to training & development
- This is a full-time position and has a probation period of 6 months. Full training is provided before engaging in any Live Chat conversations.
