Oxigen Services - Executive - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Responsible as owner of the assigned State(s) and responsible for all deliverables and the bottom line Reports to Zonal Head or Regional Head or Business head in HO the key functions are:-
a. Identification, appointment & development of primary and secondary dealer network. And manage primary and secondary dealer networks in assigned region.
b. Managing promotional activities and developing business relationship with Customers/dealers.
c. Responsible for sales targets achievement of the entire region and collection of payments.
d. Forecasting sales target and executing effectively within the time frame utilizing available resources.
e. Develop & maintain an efficient distribution system through short/ medium/long terms goals of the organization.
f. Maintaining inventory of stocks thus leading to optimum utilization of goods, ensuring orders are executed on time and are adhering proper quality standards.
Skills and Knowledge Prerequisites:
1. Result oriented.
2. Should have strong organizational abilities.
3. Should have relevant Channel Sales experience in FMCG/Banking
