Ovum Hospitals - Referral Marketing Role (2-10 yrs)
- External Doctors Relationship Management within the hospital supporting the activities on the field
- Counselling of referred patients through telephone, email, sms and also meeting them during visit to hospital
- Coordination on referral patients, Providing feedback to visiting consultants on referral patients progress
- Collect feedback from referred patients on hospital and report to external doctor
- Coordination within the hospital on hospital visits by external doctors
- Cheque/statement preparations, coordinations and clarification, incentive calculation and ensuring payments
- Conducting CME programs regularly for doctor engagement ( atleast 1 per month )
- Outdoor Camp execution ( like Anemic Screening Camp ) - atleast 1 per quarter
- Support Outdoor Engagement Agency during apartment events / corporate events through participation
- Coordinate Inhouse events for B2C Engagement
- Coordinate Ante-Natal Classes for inhouse customers
- Counselling and converting patients referred through telecalling, to pursuade them choose Ovum for delivery.
- Coordinate to get correct contact details for patients to support telecalling
- Connect and establish relations with hospitals in a long range including outskirts with a focus to obtain referrals for NICU admissions
- Conduct Newborn resuscitation training programs in hospitals
- Provide Data to Practo, Virtual Clinic,etc. and similar online channels
- Track and provide updates where necessary
- Analyse customer feedback and coordinating action towards issue resolution
- Constant interaction to obtain testimonials on complex cases and cases from NICU,etc.
