Ovington Finance - Branch Manager - Sales (12-15 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas operations you will manage staff , foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation the successful candidate and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales achievement

Responsibilities :

- Direct all operational aspects including sales administration, human resource, accounts, legal and customer service etc.

- Assess local market Conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities

- Develop forecast financial objective and business plan

- Meet goals and metrics

- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately space space

- Bring out the best branch personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that need challenges and leverage growth opportunities

- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs

- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulation/application laws

- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company

- Stay abreast of competing Markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration

Requirement and Skills

- Overseas day today operations assign periodic clean performance course and ensure their completion and accomplish own goals

- Proven 15+ years experience of branch management experience as a branch head or similar role preferably in a NBFC(banking or non-banking industry) specifically in secure loan business/ mortgage sales

- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices

- Understanding of legal procedures related to debt recovery

- Ability to meet his targets and production goal

- Familiarity with Industry's rules and regulations

- Strong decision- making ability

- Experience in conducting performance evaluation

- Excellent organizational skills

- Result and customer focus

- Leadership and human resource management skills

- A post graduate in Management / Business Administration or related field
