Overseas Education Counsellor (1-10 yrs)
Location - Andheri West, Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities :
The position holder will be responsible for guiding students for overseas studies in the countries like AUSTRALIA, NEWZEALAND, UK US, CANADA, MALAYSIA, DUBAI, EUROPE etc. She/he will guide the student on study options available as per their profile will handling walk-in & phone-based queries, counseling, managing all leads and inquiries, Marketing, all documentation and client follow-up work, Assisting students in application documentation for universities.
The position holder will be liable for :
(i) Achieving specified targets
(ii) Should ensure the compliance of the process and systems in the office
(iii) Should be prompt in replying to students queries
(iv) Active participation and contribution is expected during fairs, universities visits and in house seminars.
Core Functions :
- Maximize the revenue generation for the company achieve organizational goals
- Maintain discipline and code of conduct Rendering excellent services to students ensure team work
- Adhere to the process and ensure compliance of operational systems of the company
