Job Description
- Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales, Recruitment or Counseling.
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers, Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Will be responsible for Handling outbound calls and Incoming calls & counsel the walkins to convert sales
- Explaining the advantages of the Clients service, institute and guiding them for future career. options.
- Interpret the rules, policies, features.
- Provide support in the procedure of admission. -Clarify the doubts related to admission.
- Manage the data of clients and admissions on daily basis.
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with computers and the internet.
- Sales oriented and target driven attitude outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
- Team skills and strong relationship building skills Identify skills.
