OutsourceACE - Team Lead - Sales/Customer Service (1-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of 5 -10 Agents in the US Shift.
- Should have handled and driven a sales/appointment setting/lead generation team
- Implementation of required measures for team improvement.
- Mentoring the new/junior members in the team.
- Driving the team to achieve targets daily, weekly basis
- Attrition control
- Make calls & confirm the appointments set . Also run through DEMOS of the service offering.
- Work in a blended call centre environment of handling calls, emails chats
- Client interaction on day to day activities & reports.
Skills Required :
- Excellent Communication Skills & strong Convincing Power
- Fluency in English & Hindi is a must, regional language will be added advantage
- Aggressive attitude, Pleasing Personality & Self Confident
- Candidate should have prior team handling experience.
- Hands on knowledge of MIS and Reporting Tools.
- Should be well-versed with the Customer Service or Technical support
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in Inbound/Outbound International Voice Process(Team Handling) in any BPO
- Ability to work & lead a team with a customer service focus
- Ability to operate under stress and demanding expectations
