Outside Sales Role - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and building relationships with new and existing customers outside the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep track of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets.
- Address customer concerns, ensure their needs are met, and follow up after sales to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify new leads, generate sales opportunities, and follow up on existing inquiries.
- Create and deliver sales pitches to customers, showcasing the benefits of the company's products or services.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
