Outside Sales Role - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within assigned regions or industries
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects
- Develop customized sales pitches to address client needs and concerns
-Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals
- Track sales activities, leads, and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and other industry-related gatherings
- Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales or field sales (2+ years)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed sales targets
- Ability to travel regularly and work flexible hours
- Bachelor's degree preferred
