Outside Sales Role - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to expand our agency channel in the life insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in sales, possessing a deep understanding of the life insurance industry and a strong network within the agency channel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage agency relationships: Identify, recruit, and develop key agency partners to distribute our life insurance products.
- Achieve sales targets: Consistently exceed sales goals by effectively positioning our products and services to agency partners.
- Build strong relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agency owners, managers, and agents.
- Conduct product training: Provide comprehensive product training and support to agency partners to ensure their success.
Requirement
