Outside Sales Role - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Recognizing the demands and requirements of the clients.
- Putting together and delivering monthly sales reports.
- Describing to clients the advantages of the product.
- Networks, both personal and professional. When cross-selling insurance, follow the Need-Based Selling Model and use it.
- A group of sales agents are employed, educated, inspired, and counseled. Potential Insurance Advisers are identified and recruited.
Candidate Profile :
Age: Between 21 to 38 years
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in Any Sales
Education : Graduation complete in any stream
