Outside Sales Role - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
We seek a dynamic sales professional to recruit, develop, and lead a team of life insurance agents. You will drive sales, expand market share, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Agent recruitment, development, and coaching
- Sales target achievement

- Customer relationship building
- Compliance adherence
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (preferably life insurance)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Organizational and time management skills
- Life insurance license (or ability to obtain)
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
