Outside Sales Role - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are looking for a goal-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our market presence by actively engaging with potential customers. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in field sales, builds strong client relationships, and consistently achieves revenue targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Actively scout and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop customized sales pitches and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct on-site visits, door-to-door sales, and client meetings to build brand presence.
- Educate clients on product benefits, features, and competitive advantages.
- Handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain a daily sales tracker to monitor lead progress and conversion rates.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and industry networking activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align local sales strategies with brand goals.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales support for customer retention.
- Gather and report market intelligence to improve sales strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of field sales experience (B2B/B2C preferred).
- Strong persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and mobile sales applications.
