Agency Sales as the Channel
Pay: - 3.30 LPA to - 3.80 LPA plus bonuses and other perks
Description of the Job:
You will assume a leading position in boosting agency sales, cultivating enduring client connections, and guaranteeing the expansion of the company as a Senior Development Manager. Your main goal will be to attract high-potential customers and market insurance products that meet their requirements.
Principal Duties:
- Using direct sales and recommendations, cultivate and oversee a portfolio of valuable customers.
- Create and carry out sales strategies to reach both individual and group goals.
- Make recommendations for appropriate life, health, or general insurance policies after conducting needs assessments.
- Create and guide a group of colleagues to meet sales targets.
- Keep thorough records of all your follow-ups, leads, and sales efforts.
