Outside Sales Role - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
The Key Sales Manager will oversee and drive the growth of the Agency Channel by recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents. Creating sales strategy, achieving organizational objectives, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the agency force are all part of this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Employ and educate fresh agents.
- Put training and development programs into action.
- Set and monitor sales targets.
- Evaluate agent performance and offer assistance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Create strong agent relationships and address issues.
- Produce sales performance reports.
Requirements :
- Having a bachelor's degree is preferable.
- Two years of experience in sales.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- You must reside in the region.
