Role: Outside Sales Representative
Objective: Oversee and develop a sales force, find new business prospects, and contribute to the company's growth. One important person in a firm that finds new business prospects and creates plans to expand the company is a business development .
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish objectives and make plans for increasing revenue and business.
- Conduct market research and put strategies into action to reach new markets.
- Find possible customers in such markets.
Leads should be followed up with and assisted during the sales process.
- Establish team objectives and create strategies to meet them.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in field sales and marketing.
- Age between 21 and 38 years.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
