Title: Outside Sales Representative
Job Summary:
A visionary Outside Sales Representative will drive our sales strategy, leading a specialized team to penetrate complex insurance market. The role demands deep industry knowledge, strategic communication skills, and the ability to navigate intricate insurance sales ecosystems while maintaining highest standards of compliance and innovation.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Lead sales development efforts in the insurance sales.
- Build and mentor a specialized SDR team focused on insurance providers and Insurance institutions
- Develop targeted outreach strategies for complex insurance market segments
- Implement compliance-focused sales development processes
- Create educational content and training materials specific to insurance sales
- Manage relationship development with key insurance stakeholders
- Utilize industry-specific CRM and communication tools
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis.
Candidate Profile:
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation is required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing
- CTC: 3 LPA + Incentives
