Title:- Outside Sales Representative - Agency Success
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Manager to play a vital role in fostering agency success by providing ongoing support and enablement programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agency needs and possess exceptional communication and presentation skills to build strong relationships.
Responsibilities:-
- Develop and deliver training programs to equip agency teams with the knowledge and skills needed to sell our products effectively.
- Work closely with agency partners to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Create and maintain resources and tools to support agency success.
- Track and report on key metrics, including agency sales performance, customer satisfaction, and training completion rates.
Candidate Profile:-
- Qualification:- Minimum Graduation is required
- Experience:- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing
- CTC:- 3.2 LPA + Incentives
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
