- Training and coaching financial advisors, consultants, and distributors.
- Assessing the team members' performance and guiding them.
- Visit the assigned location of clients when it is required for services of the products.
- Understanding the needs and requirements of customers in the assigned region.
- Presenting to the customer about the product and services offered by the organization.
- Meeting the company expectations of business volume.
- Taking feedback from the customers on a timely basis.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers and your sales team.
