Outside Sales Role (1-5 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Kolar. The ideal candidate has at least 1 years of field sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C sales environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and direct sales.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and close deals with potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer data, and performance records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Candidate Profile:
- 1 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and handle field sales responsibilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Kolar and nearby areas for client meetings.
