Outside Sales Representative - Insurance (3-10 yrs)
Job description:
- Achieve Sales Targets.
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the Bank channel partners.
- Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.
- Activate & Penetrate branches for Insurance Sales.
- Receiving leads from assigned Bank and source business through Channel Partner.
- Building team capability through regular training interventions.
- Drive sales team activation through regular engagement with the Sales Manager of the Bank
Candidates Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Any Stream
- A proven track record of sales and marketing in any sectors
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Types : Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary : 400,000.00 per year to 650000 + other benfits
