Vision :

Jobs product drives top-of-the-funnel acquisition on the platform and high LTV courses ([outscal.com/courses](http://outscal.com/courses)) drive revenue from B2C customers primarily.
- Today we offer courses for game programming for the 0-2 years experience range and that too only covers frontend development for the Unity game engine. We will expand this to cover courses in Unreal engine and Multiplayer Game development covering the most in-demand courses. From there on we can expand into other verticals in the game development space including art, production, testing, game design and maybe even game entrepreneurship!
Position Overview :
- The objective is to drive revenue from courses
- P0 - Leverage re-targeting
- We already have a substantial audience base on the platform that are coming to apply for jobs, do free assessments and courses on the platform
- Taking this data, run effective campaigns to bring relevant audiences into the course funnel for the sales team.
- P1- New acquisition for courses
- Leverage tools like online compilers that the SEO team has already built or bring new landing pages up to drive acquisition of targeted audience for courses
- We don't believe in spending 30-40% of revenue directly on ads and as a result, direct acquisitions for paid high LTV courses is a P1 strategy.
What you will do :
- Develop and Implement Performance Marketing Strategies : Create comprehensive performance marketing plans to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention. Identify and target key audience segments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and Optimize Campaigns : Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels including paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze campaign performance data to extract actionable insights and recommendations. Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation : Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing strategies and tactics. Implement successful experiments into the broader marketing strategy to drive continuous improvement.
Who Are You :
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the E-learning, Job Portal or HR-tech industry.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Meticulously detail-oriented and organized
- Able to juggle many priorities while not dropping any balls.
- High output, execution, and hustle
- An ability to own everything in Performance Marketing, and an eagerness to dive into the nitty-gritty details.
- Has great interpersonal skills, and charisma, and enjoys building new relationships.
- Has strong communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, often scrappy, sometimes chaotic environment

- 6 days a week : Each day matters when we all have limited time on this planet. So if you are mentally prepared to give your 7 days then because you love what you will be doing (even though we don't expect team members to work on 7 days), then only apply
- Outcome over efforts matter : Your focus will be on doing what is right for the customer at all times irrespective of the fact that you might have to go against your manager. If maniacal customer focus is your intent, then you will never be penalized for your actions.
- Radical transparency : If you have a problem with anyone in the team, senior or junior, or even the founder, you are encouraged to directly address the issue head-on by being open about it in a one-on-one conversation with the person and trying to resolve it asap first before looping in others like your reporting/skip-level reporting manager.
- Work hours - 10 AM till work is done.
