Grow Your Staff is looking for an Outreach Specialist for a leading renewable energy firm based out of Arizona, United States.

We are looking for a motivated and high energy individual with extraordinary customer service skills to set appointments for our advisors. Previous experience in Lead Generation is preferred.

Timing: 12:30 AM - 8:30 AM IST (Night shift) from Friday - Tuesday.

Wednesday & Thursday are off.

WFH role.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Reach out to potential partners by way of calls

- Set appointments for our Advisors

- Verify appointments

- Manage appointment calendar

Qualifications:

- College graduate preferred, but not mandatory.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and G-suite.

- Customer service and/or Call centre experience is preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- High attention to detail, Highly organized.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.

- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, fluid and flexible team environment.

We want someone with 2 years of work experience. However, we are open to hiring people with lesser experience if you can demonstrate your skills!

Total CTC in the range of INR 4,50,000 - INR 6,10,000 per annum (Base Pay). Performance bonuses and incentives are additional.
