We are hiring for an outbound voice process for SALES in Domestic Call Center.
Job Location: Thane (Wagle Estate)
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
- Fresher's are welcome
- Experience will be added an advantage
- Average Communication Skill
Role and Responsibilities:
- Outcall clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
- Make sales or recommendations for products or services
Job Timings : 9am to 9Pm any 9 hours shift
Week Off : Rotational 1 Day Off
Salary : 15000 CTC / 12 K In Hand
