Outbound/Telesales Role (1-10 yrs)
- Location-Guindy,Chennai
1 To achieve desired numbers in value(GWP)
2 Ensure to reach % conversion for Motor and % for Health
3 Ensure to maintain COA as per budgets
4 Work towards increasing productivity of telesales
5 Work towards only having online Closures and minimum offline closure in total business
6 Reduce the Telecalling TAT, Faster touch base to customer
7 Timely MIS roll out demonstrating trends, productivity and workable areas
8 To resolve all customer complains within desired TAT
Skills / Expertise :
9 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
10 Good probing and problem-solving skills
11 Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
12 Strong customer service focus, with a drive to exceed the expectations of our customers.
13 Commitment to deliver quality results and overcome obstacles in minimum stipulated time.
