R E- Financial Planner - Outbound telesales


- The roll will be responsible to outcall the existing customers / new customers for their financial planning and Cross-selling of financial products like Mutual Fund, fixed deposit, life insurance & Health Insurance.

- Making Outbound call to the customers, from the given data/leads, converting them into clients and selling mutual funds, insurance etc. via call and online mode.

- Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.

- Monitor competitors- products or services and create selling strategies for financial products and services.

- No field sales only telesales.

- Tele-calling to generate new business, handling Customer queries, Source quality and profitable business within set guidelines for the process.

- To do new client acquisition and to generate fee income by creating financial plans post understanding of risk profiling & goals of customers through tele calling and via online mode.

- Achieve the set business target for the day by following all the process Guidelines and quality parameters

- Analysing information over call and preparing plans best suited to individual clients' requirements.

- Deepen the relationship by Cross selling Mutual Fund Products and Services according to customer needs through tele calling.
