Job Timings : 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM | 6 days / week | Work from Office

Job Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Associates to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers over phone calls, explaining the services and products offered, and selling the solution to meet the customers' needs.

Responsibilities :

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to introduce the company and its services

- Explain the product offerings and benefits to potential customers and respond to any questions or concerns

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided

- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads and update customer information

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and effective manner

- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and increase sales

Requirements : 

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in an outbound sales role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers over the phone

- Ability to effectively explain complex financial concepts and services to potential customers

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office

- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
