Outbound Sales Role - Recruitment Firm (2-6 yrs)
The Job :
- The Outbound Sales Reps (Inside Based) responsibilities include creating end user demand for products and services via outbound sales calls. They will manage a new or existing sales territory with moderate or lower market share and will be responsible to grow sales, increase customer engagement and expand self-service web utilization. Additionally, Outbound Reps will develop opportunities and create high market share customers. The position requires both relationship building and new business development.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Ability to complete a high volume of outbound calls daily that result in increased sales and customer engagement
- Be able to overcome objections and meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Possess strong communication skills and ability to influence decision making
- Ability to adapt to changing customer and business needs.
- Be organized, agile and a forward thinker
- Ability to create urgency with customers to make buying decisions
- Technical skills with the ability to utilize all provided sales tools (CRM, SAP, Excel) to maximize customer spend opportunities.
Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2 years sales experience
- Proven experience in closing sales and maintaining a loyal customer base via the phone
- Goal driven; known for exceeding sales goal and expectations
- Self-motivated: strong work ethic and have a desire to control their income
- Strong organizational skills, time management and follow-up skills
