As an Outbound Caller, you will generate Education Loan Leads by calling the customer on data provided by team leads.
What you will do:
- Calling the customers to remind them about the events
- Following up by calling and sharing more details
- Confirming from the customer regarding their interest status
What you need to have :
- Any graduate- fresher or with experience in Customer Service
- From Banking/ NBFC; Financial services; Fintech background
- Good English Communication Skills
- Motivated to work in the start-up environment
- Can join immediately
