Outbound Calling Executive - Renewal Process - Internet Plan (1-8 yrs)
Profile: Outbound Calling for Renewal of Internet Plans. Reminding customers of the due date.
Convincing them to renew the plans.
Eligibility
- Min HSC with 1-year experience in any Outbound Retentions / Renewal / Sales/ Telesales process
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Male / Female candidate can apply
- Should be comfortable with targets
Office Timings - Day shifts 10am -7 pm, 11.00 am - 8pm. Sunday off.
