Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients interested in off-plan properties, understanding their investment goals and preferences.

Off-Plan Property Presentations: Showcase off-plan projects to potential buyers, explaining the benefits, projected returns, and growth potential of each investment.

Pre-Sales Consultation: Advise clients on the off-plan buying process, including payment plans, legal documentation, and expected timelines for property handover.

Negotiation and Deal Closing: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients, facilitating the successful acquisition of off-plan properties.

Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the off-plan buying process, ensuring clients are well-informed and supported at every stage.

Networking and Lead Generation: Proactively seek new leads and potential clients interested in off-plan investments through networking, referrals, and industry events.
