OTO Capital - Manager - Telesales (3-10 yrs)
Supervisor Role such as cold calling to prospects based on BPO, or any other ITES sales process in the domestic customer context.
Primary roles and responsibilities :
- Driving Tele Sales / inside sales process for the auto Loan and Lease product
- Maintain Sales and Service KPIs
- Sales target setting and achievement for the teams
- Maintain Process SLAs and Customer satisfaction parameters
- Regular reporting and maintaining MIS
- Manage a team of TLs and Tele sales agents
- Hiring, Training and coaching of team
- Periodic interaction with product team to provide feedback and suggestions that will lead to improvement in product offerings.
- Periodic interaction with product team to provide feedback and suggestions that will lead to improvement in sales funnel
- Work along with the marketing teams to design relevant offers and campaigns to drive sales
Traits that we are looking for -
- B2C Sales experience - Should have done medium Value, High Volume sales
- Experience with Banking / Financial / Insurance products is preferred
- People from startups / fintech's will be preferred
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
- Command over English and Hindi is mandatory. Any additional southern languages is a bonus.
- Should have good interpersonal skills and strong team player mentality
- Go-getter attitude to pursue sales targets and leads
- Perseverance, Hard-working and target-driven
Experience and Qualifications :
- 3 - 5years experience in Team Lead and Manager Role in a Tele Sales environment.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Knowledge of Southern languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam) is preferred but not mandatory.
Location: HSR, Bangalore
Work timing : 10:00am to 7:00pm 6 days (Monday to Saturday)
