Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Oswaal Books and its products across various online channels.
- Plan, implement, and monitor digital advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior and trends to identify opportunities for digital marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement.
- Manage the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user experience, and oversee regular content updates.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as content creators, designers, and product managers, to develop compelling digital content and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, tools, and platforms, and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance digital marketing efforts and explore new collaboration opportunities.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring compliance and ethical practices.
