experience in handling customer issues.Key Set Of Skills/Experience :

- Specialist or similar CS role. Familiarity with our industry is an advantage.
- The person should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

1. Responding to customer queries in a timely, accurate and polite manner, via calls and emails.
2. Identifying customer needs and helping customers with the best suitable solution.
- To engage, retain and improve customer service experience.
3. Resolve/Report customer issues by liaising with the internal team.
4. Draft responses for different types of customer issues.
5. Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
6. Monitor customer complaints on calls and social media and reach out to provide assistance.
