Experience Required: 5 to 8 years

Skills Required:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the freight forwarding or Custom Clearance or Shipping or logistics industry.

- In-depth knowledge of international logistics including but not limited to freight forwarding processes, Jargons, regulations, and industry standards.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in English.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and sales target.

- Should have experience in handling front-end sales i.e. client handling, responding queries and follow-ups,

- Should have experience in telephonic sales & client handling

- Strong negotiation & closing skills.

- Soft spoken

- Customer- centric approach with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.

- Self motivated and results oriented.

KRAs

- Answering inbound queues with technical know-how and expertise

- Identify and approach potential customers, both individuals and businesses, to generate sales leads.

- Prepare and present competitive proposals and contracts to clients

- Identify and target potential clients in various industries by analyzing data

- Doing and Maintaining strong follow-ups to ensure the client is well catered to and responded

- Instructing and managing Data and Research team for finding potential contacts and clients

- Fixing appointments and creating schedule of field sales personnel for approaching the right set of targeted clients

- Collecting information required by the clients from relevant departments and serving them

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.

- Meet or exceed projected sales numbers by closing clients and negotiating contracts

-Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns

-Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales tactics accordingly
