About the job:

Ostello, a leading educational organization, calls for a dynamic and highly motivated individual who will work closely with the founders to disseminate OstelloAI's vision to schools, with the goal of encouraging every student to use the application. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting market research and managing end-to-end lead generation resulting from workshops held in schools. Special projects will also be undertaken to align with OstelloAI's strategic priorities. The ideal candidate should possess 1-2 years of relevant work experience, exceptional communication and public speaking skills, and a post-graduate degree, preferably in psychology. A passion for guiding students through their career exploration journey is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for offering guidance and support to students, conducting informative workshops in schools, and showcasing strong influencing and communication abilities. This role demands flexibility, adaptability, and a readiness to embrace new challenges and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments to evaluate students' skills, interests, and academic background.

Develop individualized educational plans, and guide students through academic difficulties or program changes, and update resource materials for students.

Provide immediate counselling and referral services for students in crisis situations.

Deliver one-on-one career coaching sessions to students, assisting them in identifying their strengths, interests, and career aspirations, while also providing advice on course selection, career paths, and job opportunities.

Organize workshops and presentations in schools within the Delhi NCR region on study skills, time management, and other topics to assist student success and to inform students about various career options, academic pathways, and opportunities available to them.

Develop and maintain relationships with schools, teachers, and other stakeholders in the education sector to foster collaboration and promote career coaching services.

Document and maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, workshops, and students' progress and provide regular reports to management.

Regularly evaluate and refine coaching techniques and strategies to ensure top-tier services are provided to students.

Qualifications:

- A post-graduate degree in psychology, counseling, English, or a related field is strongly preferred.

- 1-2 years of work experience as a career coach or in a similar role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage and motivate students.

- Outstanding public speaking and presentation skills to deliver effective workshops and presentations to diverse audiences.

- Profound interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with students, parents, and school staff.

- Familiarity with career assessment tools and resources, and the capability to interpret and utilize them effectively.

- Demonstrated ability to influence and guide students in their career decision-making process.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a readiness to embrace new challenges and roles.

- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, evolving environment and willingness to adapt to the needs of students and schools.

- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
