We have urgent requirement for Sales and Business Development Manager &Executive Role for Bangalore location who has good Experience (2-4) in international Sales Lead generation, Inside sales, Handled Clients

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

- Understand customer needs and requirements.

- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

- Develop a sound command of lead and account profiling.

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

- Perform effective online demos to prospects.

- Meet and exceed assigned metrics.

- Ability to thrive in a competitive, numbers-driven, performance-based environment. 


- Strong phone presence and experience dialing good no of calls per day.

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.

- Experience working with sales tools and CRM.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate software programs such as Microsoft. 


- Experience on creating Presentation.

- Strong listening and presentation skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
