Ospyn - Regional Head - Sales (3-5 yrs)
Job Description:
- Engage with potential clients and nurture them to a qualified opportunity
- Attending initial sales meetings with the clients including but not limited to Government clients (virtually and office visits)
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Establishing new business
- Understand the client pain points and proposing solutions
- Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
- Decide whether the software needs adapting to meet the client's needs
- Answering any technical questions the client might have
- Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client.
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Maintaining accurate records of partners, accounts and activities
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Working towards monthly or annual targets.
Requirement:
- 3 to 5 years in selling IT products/Services in Govt/BFSI/Corporate sectors.
- Negotiating skills
- Presentation skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi & Local Language
- Strong and proven expertise in IT product sales will be an added advantage
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Any degree.
