Ospyn - Head - Sales - Indirect Channel (15-25 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Identify and assess potential partners for joining the Indirect Channel Sales program, focusing on strategic alignment and growth opportunities.

- Channel Sales Head is responsible for identifying, defining, managing external sales channel associates and bringing expected revenue for channel operations.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including support and management, to ensure customer and partner expectations are met effectively.

- Serve as the key communication liaison between customers, partners, and the engineering team, ensuring alignment and clarity.

- Regularly assess and validate partner needs and performance to maintain high levels of satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

- Coordinate with various sales channels to prevent conflicts and ensure smooth operational execution.

- Work closely with partner sales teams to maximize sales potential and strengthen the partnership.

- Manage sales funnels, forecast sales activities, and capitalize on emerging sales opportunities.

- Lead the execution and management of integrated sales and marketing campaigns aimed at driving growth

Requirements:

- Proven track record in driving new business opportunities and negotiating successful business development agreements.

- A bachelor's or master's degree in sales, business, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of the complexities of technology integrations with partners and the ability to translate those into actionable solutions.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Willingness to travel to partner locations as required to support relationship-building and sales efforts.

- Excellent execution capabilities with a proven ability to manage and deliver high-quality results across multiple projects within tight deadlines.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with substantial experience in leadership roles.
