Osmosys - Manager - Business Development - IT Product Vertical (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
Osmosys Software Solutions (www.osmosys.co) is looking for an ambitious and energetic Assistant Sales Manager to help us in promoting the company products and maximize the sales performance for the respective territory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify customer base and market cap for the Osmosys Products (www.Oqsha.com )
- Comfortable making out-bound sales calls and understand customer requirements and mapping our product features
- Reaching out to decision makers, fixing appointments, and making introductory visits
- Product demonstration and closing the deal
- Responsible for achieving consolidated Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Targets
- Maintain follow-ups over calls to keep building the sales pipeline
- Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors/expansion of local promotional schemes and providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies to increase revenue
Ideal Candidate :
- Good knowledge in sales preferably in selling Software products
- Highly motivated and target-driven individual with good communication and negotiation skills Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
- Time management and planning skills
- Timely and detailed status reporting to managers
- Experience: 1- 2 Years
- Salary: Best in the industry
- Allowances: Travel and Phone under a budgeted limit

- Delhi: English and Hindi,
- Pune: Marathi, Hindi and English
