Orzota - Bench Sales Specialist (3-7 yrs)
- A qualified candidate must have 3 to 7 years with proven bench sales (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC and Citizens) experience in the US IT consulting industry
- Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp 1099.
- Must have good understanding of US staffing business, sales and recruitment process.
- Must be capable to identify new clients (tier-1 vendors, direct clients).Must have good network of tier-1 vendors & Direct clients from prior work experience, for providing staffing solutions.
- Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source C2C requirements.
- Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation and also need to have good convincing and closing skills.
- Must have good understanding on all IT technologies, particularly Big Data, Hadoop, Java, Spark etc.
- Must be a good team player and result driven.
- Must have good attitude, ability to communicate and work with people from different backgrounds and accents
- Must be willing to work towards direct client acquisitions. Role will have a minimum quota of adding two clients to direct vendor list per month
- MUST own the position for which hired, must take full ownership towards their work responsibilities.
