Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Engineer:

We are looking for candidates having enriched experience and responsible for Sales Marketing of Industrial STP/WWTP, Effluent Recycling Plant, and WTP (DM Plant) for Commercial, Residential, and Institutional Sectors .

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Water & Wastewater related sales in respective areas in all industrial clients.

2. Identify new leads and potential new markets.

3. Should have technical sales knowledge about the Water & Waste Water Treatment Plant.

4. To handle our existing clients & to provide timely services to them.

5. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

6. Developing quotes and proposals.

7. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.

8. Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets

9. Validates that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality and safety

10. Negotiating tender and Government contract terms.

11. Assist Project execution team during project execution and payment follow-up.

12. Preparation and submission of sales projections on regular basis.

13. Timely and accurate reporting

14. Should have capability to give presentation about our products & services.

15. Bring Business from the industries, corporate and govt.

16. Target oriented and Positive attitude.

Interested Candidates Must : 

- Be intellectually curious, able to independently form opinions with good attitude towards learning

- Have a strong passion towards environment and management of waste

- Have strong interpersonal and communications skills with ability to interact with all levels of management

- Have good network in the building/commercial sectors with Builders/consultants/architects.

- Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with experience in WTP, STP WT Industry

- Industry Type: Waste Water Treatment/ Sewage Water Treatment

- Experience: 3 years to 5 years

- Language: Local Language (As per the Location), English (Must)

- Location: Gujarat, Mumbai, Karnataka, Delhi, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu

- Salary: 3 Lakhs to 5 Lakhs
