Key Responsibilities :
Store Management in given geography in terms of :
- Sales target
- Lead a team of Store Managers
- Inventory Management
- BTL activities like local area activation, exhibitions, customer visit
- Developing tactics for enhancing walk-ins
- Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly review on walk-ins and promotional activities
- Conduct employee engagement activities
- Monitoring competitor activity and reporting to RBM and HO with proposal of combating the same.
- Conduct surprise inventory and cash audit
- Shuffling of stock between the stores within the given geography
- Infusing confidence, energy in the team through regular training, experience sharing and storytelling.
- Inducting and Mentoring new employees so as to absorbing them into the ORRA system quickly.

Qualification: Graduate with MBA from reputed B- School.
Experience: 6 to 8 years in Luxury Retail, Jewellery Retail, High- End Real Estate, or Luxury Automobile.
Locations: Nagpur (Central India), Mumbai - Western, Chandigarh (Punjab)
